📜 En Samfundsmodel for Frihed og Tillid.

Modellen bygger på det princip, at statens eneste opgave er at sikre menneskelivets basale fundament gennem en betingelsesløs borgerløn og sundhedshjælp. Alt kontrolbureaukrati, sagsbehandling og adfærdsstyring nulstilles, så det enkelte menneske får værdigheden og ansvaret for sit eget liv tilbage.

1. Det Todelte Fundament (Menneskeretten)

Staten sikrer udelukkende to ting for at holde hånden under borgerne:

Betingelsesløs Borgerløn: Alle voksne borgere over 18 år modtager 10.000 kr. skattefrit om måneden udbetalt automatisk til deres NemKonto. Beløbet sikrer det absolutte minimum til mad, tøj og tag over hovedet.

Universel Sundhedshjælp: Statens eneste anden opgave er at drive et gratis sundhedsvæsen, der sikrer behandling ved sygdom og ulykke, så helbredsprojekter ikke ruinerer den enkelte.

2. Det Nulstillede Skattesystem

Det nuværende, komplicerede skattevæsen afskaffes fuldstændigt for at fjerne administration og snyd:

Flad Indkomstskat: Alle progressive skattetrin (inkl. topskat) og samtlige person- og erhvervsfradrag (kørselsfradrag, rentefradrag mv.) fjernes. Enhver krone tjent udover borgerlønnen beskattes med én fast procentsats (f.eks. 40 %).

0 kr. i løbende Boligskat: Ejendomsværdiskat og grundskyld afskaffes 100 %. Man betaler intet for at bo i sit eget hus, hvilket giver total økonomisk forudsigelighed.

Beskatning af reelle Gevinster: Kun hvis en bolig sælges med overskud, beskattes den faktiske gevinst med den flade indkomstskat. Sælges der med tab, falder der ingen skat.

3. Afskaffelse af Bureaukrati og Kontrol 

Når bundpladen er sikret, overdrages ansvaret til markedet og borgerne selv:

Slut med Støtteordninger: Alle øvrige sociale ydelser (kontanthjælp, sygedagpenge, SU, dagpenge, boligstøtte og børnebidrag) nedlægges.

Nedlæggelse af Kontrolapparater: Jobcentre, Vurderingsstyrelsen og store dele af det kommunale sagsbehandlingssystem lukkes permanent. Udbetalingerne sker via ren computerautomatik.

Fredede Pensioner: Folkepensionen forbliver uberørt og fredet, da den betragtes som borgernes egne historisk opsparede midler gennem et langt arbejdsliv.

4. Regional Balance og Markedskræfter

Naturlig Bosætning: Uden boligstøtte eller geografisk styring må folk bosætte sig, hvor de har råd til det. Dette vil skabe en naturlig tilstrømning til landdistrikter og mindre byer med billige boliger, hvilket vil genoplive lokalsamfundene og skabe aktivitet i hele landet.

Afskaffelse af Fattigdomsfælden: Hver eneste krone tjent ved siden af borgerlønnen er en ren gevinst uden modregning. Det gør det ekstremt attraktivt at tage småjob, iværksætte eller arbejde på deltid.

⏳ 5. Strategi for Indfasning (Overgang over årtier)

Da samfundet ikke kan omvæltes over natten uden at skabe chok, indfases modellen "i det små" over 20-25 år:

Fase 1 (Små ydelser automatiseres): Man starter med at omdanne de mindre, afgrænsede ydelser som SU og børnepenge til ren, automatisk borgerløn uden kontrol. Her spares de første milliarder på administration.

Fase 2 (Skat og bolig omlægges): De løbende boligskatte trappes ned med 10 % om året, mens gevinstbeskatningen fases ind. Fradrag skæres gradvist væk, i takt med at borgerlønnen hæves.

Fase 3 (Det fulde system): Når de automatiske systemer kører fejlfrit, rulles de 10.000 kr. fuldt ud, og kontanthjælp samt jobcentre nedlægges endeligt.

En lavmålt borgerløn og sundhedshjælp understøtter borgernes tryghed, og skaber motivation for yderligere fremdrift. Tryghed i bunden skaber frihed og virkelyst i toppen.

📜 A Social Model for Freedom and Trust

This model is built on the fundamental principle that the state's sole responsibility is to secure the basic foundation of human life through an unconditional universal basic income (UBI) and universal healthcare. All control bureaucracies, case management, and behavioral governance are reset to zero, restoring dignity and self-determination to the individual.

1. The Two-Part Foundation (Human Right)

The state guarantees strictly two things to maintain a safety net for its citizens:

Unconditional Basic Income (UBI): All adult citizens over the age of 18 receive 10,000 DKK per month tax-free, paid out automatically to their NemKonto. This amount guarantees the absolute minimum required for food, clothing, and shelter.

Universal Healthcare: The state's only other task is to operate a free public healthcare system, ensuring medical treatment for illness and injury so that personal health challenges never cause financial ruin.

2. The Reset Tax System

The current, overly complicated tax framework is completely abolished to eliminate administrative overhead and tax evasion:

Flat Income Tax: All progressive tax brackets (including top-tier taxes) and every personal and corporate tax deduction (commuting allowances, interest deductions, etc.) are removed. Every crown earned beyond the basic income is taxed at a single flat rate (e.g., 40%).

0 DKK Recurring Property Tax: Property value tax and land tax are 100% eliminated. Citizens pay nothing to reside in their own homes, ensuring total financial predictability.

Taxation of Realized Capital Gains: Only when a property is sold at a profit are the actual realized capital gains taxed at the flat income tax rate. If sold at a loss, no tax is incurred.

3. Elimination of Bureaucracy and Surveillance Controls

Once the baseline safety net is secured, full responsibility is transferred back to the market and the citizens themselves:

End of Subsidy Schemes:

All other social benefits (social assistance, sickness benefits, student grants, unemployment benefits, housing subsidies, and child support) are phased out completely.

Dismantling of Administrative Oversight: Job centers, property assessment agencies, and large portions of municipal case management systems are permanently closed. Payouts are executed via fully automated computer systems.

Protected Pensions: The public state pension (Folkepension) remains untouched and protected, as it represents citizens' historically earned savings accumulated over a lifetime of work.

4. Regional Balance and Market Forces

Natural Settlement Patterns: Without housing subsidies or central planning, people settle where they can afford to live. This will drive a natural influx toward rural areas and smaller towns with affordable housing, revitalizing local communities and stimulating economic activity across the country.

Elimination of the Poverty Trap: Every single crown earned alongside the basic income is a pure net gain with no means-testing or clawbacks. This makes taking on odd jobs, entrepreneurship, or part-time work highly attractive.

⏳ 5. Phasing-In Strategy (Multi-Decade Transition)

Because society cannot be restructured overnight without causing economic shock, the model is gradually phased in over 20 to 25 years:

Phase 1 (Automation of Minor Benefits): Smaller, discrete benefits such as student grants and child allowances are converted into automated, unconditional basic income without administrative oversight. The first billions are saved in administrative costs.

Phase 2 (Taxation and Property Reform): Recurring property taxes are reduced by 10% annually, while capital gains tax is phased in. Tax deductions are gradually eliminated as the basic income level is raised.

Phase 3 (Full System Deployment): Once automated systems operate flawlessly, the 10,000 DKK basic income is fully rolled out, and social assistance and job centers are permanently closed.

A modest basic income combined with universal healthcare safeguards human security while inspiring personal drive and progress. Security at the bottom creates freedom and initiative at the top.
